March Letter Writing Night and Queer Prisoner Support!

Our monthly letter writing night will commence on Monday March 31st at a new location, from 6:30-8pm. We are excited to be hosted by Close Knit, in basement suite 013, at 205 N. College Ave. It’s a comfy little spot, and centrally located, so come through!

And then there’s a meeting to develop an independent initiative to support LGBTQ+ prisoners onSunday April 6th, frm 4-6pm, at the library on Kirkwood Ave.

Imprisoned queer and trans people are some of the most vulnerable to the state’s intensifying attacks. Come join a discussion to create networks of support for queer prisoners. Learn about what people inside and out are already doing and bring your own ideas. This is not a pre-formed project – it will be shaped by everyone who joins in its creation!

Break these Chains!Room 1CThe criminalization of various health care and the very recent transfer of our friend Marius Mason are all relevant to this discussion. We are stronger together so let’s start planning to look out for each other!
